Terms of use

1. Provider and purpose

These terms govern the use of Zaibel (the website zaibel.com and the application app.zaibel.com), a service of ONLINEVALLES SL, tax ID (NIF) B66851593, with registered address at C/ Abat Escarré nº 7, entresuelo, 08206 Sabadell (Barcelona), Spain. Contact: martin@onlinevalles.com.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Description of the service

Zaibel is a platform for business owners, agencies and marketing professionals who manage multiple clients. Among other features, it lets you:

  • organize clients and marketing profiles;
  • prepare marketing plans, keyword research, articles and landing pages;
  • view Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data for the profiles, with read-only access;
  • generate SEO audits;
  • publish content to connected WordPress sites;
  • use these tools from AI assistants (ChatGPT or Claude) through the MCP protocol.

3. Accounts and organizations

  • The service is contracted per organization. The organization owner is responsible for payment and can invite other members.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

4. Plans, prices and payment

  • The service is offered as a monthly subscription per organization, according to the chosen plan. Current prices are published on zaibel.com. [PENDING: state whether taxes are included]
  • Payment is made by card through Stripe and the subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
  • If a payment fails, you will have a 14-day grace period to settle it. After that period, access may be suspended until payment is completed.
  • You can cancel the subscription at any time from the billing portal. [PENDING: confirm whether cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and the refund policy]
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price will apply from the next renewal. [PENDING review]

5. Third-party integrations

5.1 Google Search Console and Google Analytics

  • By connecting a property you confirm that you are authorized to access its data and to use it in Zaibel on behalf of the corresponding client.
  • Zaibel only requests read-only permissions and cannot change anything in your Google accounts.
  • You can revoke access at any time from Zaibel or from your Google account. The processing of this data is described in the Privacy policy.

5.2 WordPress

By connecting a WordPress site you authorize Zaibel to publish on it the content you decide. You are responsible for reviewing what is published and for holding the necessary rights over that site.

5.3 AI assistants

The use of ChatGPT, Claude or other assistants is governed by the terms of their respective providers. Zaibel does not control those services and is not responsible for their operation.

6. AI-generated content

Part of the content Zaibel produces is generated with artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. You must review all content before publishing or using it. Analysis and audit recommendations are for guidance only and do not guarantee ranking or business results.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use Zaibel for unlawful purposes or to generate illegal, misleading or defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights;
  • connect properties, sites or data you are not authorized to use;
  • attempt to access other organizations' data, or bypass security measures or plan limits;
  • intentionally overload the service or use unintended automated means;
  • resell the service without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

  • The Zaibel platform, its software, design and brand belong to ONLINEVALLES SL.
  • The data and content you enter or generate in Zaibel belong to you or your clients. You only grant us the permission needed to store and process them in order to provide the service.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. Regarding your clients' data, ONLINEVALLES SL acts as data processor. [PENDING: data processing agreement]

10. Service availability

We work to keep Zaibel continuously available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, updates, technical failures or causes beyond our control, including those of third-party services such as Google, WordPress or AI assistants.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ONLINEVALLES SL shall not be liable for indirect damages or for loss of profits, data or business, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. [PENDING legal review]

12. Term, suspension and closure

  • These terms apply while you use the service.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or has outstanding payments after the grace period.
  • After closure, data is deleted within the periods set out in the Privacy policy. Before closing your account you can download your content.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will notify you in advance by email or within the application.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Sabadell (Barcelona), unless the law establishes another mandatory jurisdiction. [PENDING legal review]
