Terms of service

Last updated: 5 November 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Zaibel is a service provided by ZAIBEL BUTTERFLI, S.L., with its registered address at Avinguda Francesc Macià 60, 7th floor, No. 3, 08208 Sabadell (Barcelona), Spain, and Spanish tax ID (NIF) B19944578 (hereinafter, “Zaibel”). These terms govern use of the Zaibel platform (app.zaibel.com and zaibel.com) and its connectors. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our cookie policy.

Zaibel is a professional service for agencies, companies and self-employed professionals. By subscribing, you declare that you are acting in the course of your professional activities and are at least 18 years old. If you subscribe on behalf of a company, you declare that you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

Zaibel is a digital marketing platform that lets you manage clients and business profiles, analyze their organic performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 data, prepare SEO audits and marketing plans, and manage and publish content (blog posts and landing pages) on WordPress websites. Zaibel does not run its own artificial intelligence models: if you connect an AI assistant through MCP, that assistant is a third-party service of your choice.

3. Accounts and organizations

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activities carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Each organization has an owner, who may invite administrators, members and guests (the latter with read-only access). Each role has the permissions shown in the application. The owner is responsible for the people they invite and can transfer ownership of the organization to another user.
  • Invitations and the number of users and profiles depend on your plan.

4. Plans and payments

  • Access to Zaibel is granted through a paid plan or, in specific cases (for example, collaborators or demonstrations), through complimentary access that Zaibel grants and may withdraw. These terms apply in both cases. Access is suspended without a current plan or valid access grant.
  • The plans, prices and limits (profiles and users) are those published on zaibel.com when you subscribe. Applicable taxes are displayed before payment.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe. Zaibel does not store card numbers. You can change plans, update your card, download invoices and cancel through the billing portal.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; periods already started are not refunded unless required by law.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is brought up to date. In the meantime, we will not delete your data for that reason before the period specified in section 12.
  • We may change prices by giving at least 30 days’ notice by email or within the application. Changes apply on the next renewal, and you may cancel beforehand if you do not accept them.

5. Your content and data

  • You retain ownership of what you enter or save in Zaibel (client and profile data, blog posts, landing pages and audits).
  • You grant us the permission needed to store, process and display that content solely to provide the service.
  • You warrant that you have the right to use the data and web properties you connect (for example, that you own, or have the owner’s authorization for, the Search Console or Analytics property or the WordPress website).
  • If you use Zaibel with personal data belonging to your clients or to people completing forms on your landing pages, you are the controller of that data and Zaibel acts as a processor, solely to provide the service and on your instructions. You can request the relevant data processing agreement at informacion@zaibel.com.

6. Google connections

  • You can connect Search Console and Google Analytics 4 using your Google account. We only request read-only access and only to the properties you choose. You can also use your Google account to sign in to Zaibel.
  • Use of Google data is governed by our privacy policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • You can disconnect an integration at any time and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The owner or an administrator can also delete Google data imported for a profile.
  • Zaibel uses the Google Ads API through its own account to estimate keyword search volume. It does not access the Google Ads accounts of its users or their clients.
  • Analytics figures come from Google and are displayed as returned by its APIs; they may be delayed or sampled, and Zaibel does not guarantee their accuracy.

7. WordPress connection

  • If you connect a WordPress website, you provide credentials that we store in encrypted form. We only publish or modify content when you request it.
  • You are responsible for the content you publish on your website, including text drafted by your AI assistant, and for reviewing it before publication.

8. AI assistants and MCP

Zaibel provides an MCP connector so that the assistant you choose can access your data and save content in Zaibel at your request. That assistant is a third-party service subject to its own terms. You are responsible for choosing a suitable provider, deciding what data to share with it and reviewing the results it produces.

9. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use Zaibel for illegal purposes or to infringe third-party rights;
  • access other organizations’ data or attempt to circumvent permissions;
  • overload the service, test its security without authorization or extract data in bulk;
  • connect Google properties or websites you do not own or have permission to use;
  • resell or transfer access beyond what your plan permits.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, providing notice where possible.

10. Intellectual property

Zaibel, its software, design and brand belong to Zaibel or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any rights to you, other than the right to use the service while you have an active account.

11. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Zaibel available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and change features; if a change materially disadvantages you, we will notify you.

12. Term and termination

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal and stop using the service.
  • We may suspend or close an account for breach, non-payment or inactivity, giving notice where possible.
  • A deleted client can be restored for 30 days; after that period it is permanently deleted.
  • When a subscription ends, Google data is deleted and tokens are revoked 90 days after the end of the paid period, with prior notice. Other data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

13. Liability

Zaibel is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data, or decisions made based on figures or content generated by an AI assistant. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Zaibel in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or within the application. If you continue using the service after that date, you will be deemed to have accepted them; if you do not accept them, you may cancel before that date.

15. Languages

These terms are available in Spanish and English. In the event of a discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

16. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Sabadell will have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers by law. For questions about these terms, email informacion@zaibel.com.
